She has recently started to consult with a prestigious Law firm in the Toronto area where she acts as liaison with the Italian Consulate and other Italian Institutions regarding Italian Matters.

In her personal time, Donata is strongly involved with her community. She is Co-Chair on the school Council and an active member with The Ontario Association of Parents in Catholic Education (OAPCE). She is currently on the board of DRAPCE as a Secretary.
She was a member and former Chairperson for Canada for Italian Women World, a networking organization that focuses on bringing Italian women professionals around the world together.
She was on the board of the Toronto Chapter of the Canadian Celiac Association, a charity that provides support for those suffering from celiac disease.
