Staging Consultation
It‘s the easiest and more cost effective way to get useful tips to prepare your house for sale. The stager walks through your house and gives recomendations on furniture layout, colour choices and other key points to enhance the way your house is presented, including its curb appeal.
Staging
· We will be delighted to professionally stage your property for you! During this time, we would need to go over some paperwork. As Accredited Staging Professionals®, we strictly follow our code of ethics and focus on providing you with top quality service.
· Our full staging service includes, but is not limited to, minor house repair/maintenance and arrangement of contractors, painting, landscaping, accessory rental or furniture rental, re-arrangement of furniture, etc. We can also provide packing supplies
De-staging is included and it will be done once the house has sold.

TIMING
The sooner you consult a Perofessional Stager, the better. Give yourself some extra time to be ready to list your house at its best! Home Stagers work closely with agents to provide you with the very best value for your house!
SHOWING TIPS
· Keep as many lights on as possible during showings, or all the time while listed on the market until completed sale of property has taken place.
· Keep all possible window treatments open, and full light coming into house at all times. Make sure that all windows and sills are properly cleaned.
If you can smell it, you can’t sell it: check for odours! Freshen the air as much as possible.
Keep all toilet lids down!
· Remove and store personal items in the bathrooms; hang towels for showing “hotel” style and keep the personal ones under the counter! No toothbrushes are allowed!
· Pack away religious items and collectibles: they belong to you and are very personal to you, but they are not appealing to a possible home buyer.
· If it is summertime: keep lawn trim and the flower beds weeded. No clutter on the outside either. Remove all unused gardening tools, empty pots and vases.
· Garage: a nicely organized, clutter free garage will help give the home buyers and idea of a fresh, well looked after house
